A wellness practice involving immersion in cold water, typically at temperatures ranging from 50°F to 59°F. This therapy is known for its ability to boost physical and mental well-being, commonly used by athletes and health enthusiasts to reduce inflammation, improve recovery, and promote relaxation.

Sauna that uses infrared heaters to emit light waves that directly heat your body rather than warming the air around you. Unlike traditional saunas, which use high heat and steam, infrared saunas operate at a lower temperature, typically between 120°F and 150°F (49°C to 65°C). This makes the experience more tolerable for longer periods while still inducing a deep, detoxifying sweat.
a therapeutic heating system designed to promote relaxation, detoxification, and improved wellness through the use of high temperatures. A traditional sauna uses heat to elevate the body’s temperature, inducing sweating and stimulating several beneficial physiological processes.
The use of controlled pressure to help improve circulation, reduce swelling, and accelerate recovery. This technique is often used in medical and wellness settings to address various health concerns, such as poor circulation, muscle soreness, and fluid retention.

This therapy is designed to stimulate cellular activity, enhance the body's natural healing processes, and provide a range of health benefits. It is commonly used in wellness, beauty, and medical settings for its therapeutic effects.
Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy, is a non-invasive treatment that uses electromagnetic fields to promote cellular repair, reduce inflammation, and enhance overall well-being. This therapy involves the application of low-frequency electromagnetic waves that penetrate deep into the body, stimulating natural healing processes at a cellular level.
Halotherapy, or dry salt therapy, is a holistic wellness treatment that simulates the natural microclimate of a salt cave. This innovative therapy involves inhaling tiny salt particles that penetrate deep into the respiratory system, reaching even the smallest airways like the alveoli and bronchioles. As these dry salt molecules dissolve, they attract and eliminate impurities.
A holistic, hands-on treatment that involves manipulating the body’s soft tissues—such as muscles, tendons, ligaments, and connective tissues—to promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and improve overall well-being. It is a versatile practice used for therapeutic, medical, and relaxation purposes.
